5/5/17. I Ate a fish sandwich and 4 hours later the diarrhea and vomiting started then a high fever had to go to hospital they stuck an IV in me and took blood came back i was food poisoned and the only thing i ate was that fish sandwich from mcdonalds... Stay away from this place  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
