Tonight 11:30 pm, Not sure had 2 cheeseburgers with Big Mac sauce Had 2 cheeseburgers with the Big Mac sauce about 1/2 hour after I ate them having severe stomach and kidney pains.  And threw up brown meat  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
