The product contains Yohimbine, an ingredient that can be dangerous at the levels found in this product. Green Gorilla Root Juice is offered for sale online at greengorillarootjuice.com. Consumers are advised to discard any Green Gorilla Root Juice immediately. Consumers of these products who are experiencing side effects associated with Yohimbine consumption should contact their healthcare provider and report their symptoms to their local Health Department.
Green Gorilla Root Juice is sold as a brown liquid in 16-ounce plastic bottles. The bottles have a green screw lid with white, black, and green labeling. Yohimbine, an ingredient confirmed to be in the product by FDA testing, is not listed on the label as required by law. The product is offered for sale at greengorillarootjuice.com.
Yohimbine has been associated with heart attacks, seizures, and other serious side effects, as well as confusion, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, headaches, and skin flushing, and may interact with medications. The problem was discovered as part of a joint regulatory investigation by the FDA and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS). Product samples tested by the FDA contained 147 milligrams of Yohimbine in one 16 ounce bottle, which is at least several times higher than what would normally be recommended for use by a physician.
The product is offered for sale at greengorillarootjuice.com. The FDA and DHSS are working to ascertain if there are other sales outlets, but these efforts have been delayed by the firm’s lack of cooperation. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the firm to inform them of the sample results, the FDA and DHSS attempted to conduct an inspection on December 16, 2020, but they were not permitted access.
The FDA will continue to work with DHSS to contact the firm, and to notify consumers who purchased the product and request that they immediately dispose of it.

It tasted bad yes but it also was not cold like it usually is. All the items, the lettuce was yellow, the other veggies, everything was off like the refrigeration is maybe saying it's working but isn't or that it's altogether just been out too long or is way too old. I stopped eating it.
Anyhow about 15, 20 minutes later we were still driving and I had to have my partner pull over so I could vomit on the side of the road for about 5 minutes. My stomach is still feeling awful. It's unacceptable. See Less”

“The FSIS announced the recall of approximately 128,841 pounds of various meat products by CLS Gourmet CL Saigon Food Company, that were produced without the benefit of federal inspection. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

I took some Imodium because my mouth became very dry and I completed cancer treatment a little over 6 months ago but took some nausea meds brushed my teeth and rinsed my mouth and started drinking water now I’m just trying to get my strength back. I have been unable to reach my mom as of yet it’s still early and she told me she was going to sleep in before all this happened. Recall details: Divvies of Trumbull, CT is recalling Vanilla Cupcakes with Vanilla Frosting and Vanilla Cupcakes with Chocolate Fro... See Moresting because they may contain undeclared milk and eggs. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk or eggs run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. Product was distributed nationwide in retail stores and online websites. This distribution was limited to 472 cases in total.
The product comes in a 6-ounce, clear plastic clamshell labelled with the Divvies brand and marked with a lot # VV303-1, VV304-1, or VC309-1 on the side of the container. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem.
The recall was initiated after it was discovered that an ingredient containing milk and eggs had gotten into the ingredient mix which is used specifically for the vanilla cupcakes. This happened when the mix was packaged by the ingredient supplier. Subsequent investigation indicates the problem was caused by a temporary breakdown of a piece of equipment on the supplier’s packaging line. The problem has been corrected.
Consumers who have purchased the 6oz package of Divvies Vanilla Cupcakes with Vanilla Frosting or Divvies Vanilla Cupcakes with Chocolate Frosting with Lot #’s VV303-1, VV304-1, or VC309-1 are urged to return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
