I came in and ordered food off your mobile app, double cheeseburger, fries, 3 chocolate chip cookies, and lemonade. After a hour of eating it i was having cold chills and sweats and stomch felt like it was being ripped apart. Im going to go to doctor this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating, Bile
