Had a quarter pounder last Friday night and it was greasy/didn't quite taste right. Threw most of it away. Went to ER next day (Saturday evening) with severe abdominal pain & bloody stool, strong abdominal cramps  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Bloody Stool, Stomach Pain, Cramps
