Got Diarrhea and Fever after eating a McChicken Sandwich at 7/18/17 at 4:30 PM. I had to take a sick day from work because it was so bad.

Quarter Pounder ER Visit

Had a quarter pounder last Friday night and it was greasy/didn't quite taste right. Threw most of it away. Went to ER next day (Saturday evening) with severe abdominal pain & bloody stool, strong abdominal cramps
