I ate a Big Arch sandwich for lunch. Breakfast at home was simple granola bar and coffee. Had no appetite for dinner and within 7 hours after eating the Big Arch sandwich from McDonald's it then started over 20 trips of diarrhea over the next 12 hours accompanied with throwing up. I went to the ER to get checked out and get IV fluids and have a $2,400 doctor bill now bc I didn't know what was happening with me. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
