So I was excited to try the new mcdonald's thing and I ordered the Pico Guacamole burguer, after 20-30 minutes I started to have cramps and it got worse and worse and I had diarrhea, nausea and I just throw up all the sandwich, i'm feeling better now but...  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
