I got two cheeseburgers, fries, and diet coke around 2 am. Everything tasted rather stale. Around 9 am, I woke up with diarrhea and vomiting that lasted about six hours.

Chicken Meals Cause Illness

Didn't know about this website until now. This incident happened last week on 3/15. However, I had McDonal's today and at the same location and again I threw up. The only thing that was similar in the orders is they both had chicken.
