I got sick at about 6pm yesterday and my son got sick at 1am this morning. I got sick about 20+ times and he got sick about 5 times.

McDonald's Meal Causes Diarrhea

The only thing I ate yesterday (7th May 2019) was a large meal. Today I have had to use the loo more than usual, and my stools have been what I can only describe as extremely loose, accompanied by unsettled and painful bowels.

Bought fish fillet meal from McDonald’s on Tuesday 00:00 at the exacape McDonald’s. The next day felt sick, I felt uncomfortable and nauseous in the morning. In the evening I threw up everything I ate and I never throw up so it was really bad. Day 2 and I still feel sick.
