Me enfermé a eso de las 6 de la tarde de ayer y mi hijo se enfermó a la 1 de la mañana. Me enfermé unas 20 veces más y él se enfermó unas 5 veces.

The only thing I ate yesterday (7th May 2019) was a large meal. Today I have had to use the loo more than usual, and my stools have been what I can only describe as extremely loose, accompanied by unsettled and painful bowels.

McDonald’s, Just myself,was about 4/5 hours after eating when the diarrhoea started leading to vomiting and fever too

Bought fish fillet meal from McDonald’s on Tuesday 00:00 at the exacape McDonald’s. The next day felt sick, I felt uncomfortable and nauseous in the morning. In the evening I threw up everything I ate and I never throw up so it was really bad. Day 2 and I still feel sick.
