i ate a sausage egg mcmuffin at 8am and very soon after felt nauseous and had a bad stomachache. about an hour or so later, i threw up and ever since i’ve been shivering and had terrible stomach pain.

I didn't see a dr just yet hoping the pain will go away I have stomache pain diahriha and feels like I wanna vomit I had a frappe and mc chicken
