McNasty this location gave me bad food poisoning 6 hours after eating here I had vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, sweating, feverish, body chills. And now diarrhea. I had 2 chicken McSpiceys and they made me never want this again. Just they thought of it makes me want to vomit.

Not sure I ordered 2 hasbrowns and sasauge mcmuffin, I ate the hasbrowns first and within the hour I started to feel sick.

Girlfriend ate a McDouble, Hot n Spicy, and large fry with a sprite. About an hour after bed she woke up with pain in stomach needing to use the bathroom. She passed out and split open her nose. Do not eat at this McDonald’s
