I opened the single serving packed, and I ate one teddy gram. I smelled something really bad but thought it was a patient at my work. My co worker smelt it and said it was the teddy grams and I smelt them and it smelt like chemicals and adhesive. That’s was 2 hours ago and I have thrown up 5 times  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

McNasty this location gave me bad food poisoning 6 hours after eating here I had vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, sweating, feverish, body chills. And now diarrhea. I had 2 chicken McSpiceys and they made me never want this again. Just they thought of it makes me want to vomit.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Dizziness, Chills, Fatigue, Sweating

I went to here, ordered 2 scoops of (orange and red) sherbert ice cream. I woke up today nauseated, diarrhea, and vomiting. My vomit was the same color as the ice cream  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Girlfriend ate a McDouble, Hot n Spicy, and large fry with a sprite. About an hour after bed she woke up with pain in stomach needing to use the bathroom. She passed out and split open her nose. Do not eat at this McDonald’s  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
