I ate a big Mac, fries, and mcchicken. I started throwing up non stop about an hour after and have very sharp pains in my stomach.

So I was just coming from school with my father and we go to McDonald’s and I order the McNuggets because those where always my favorite meal to eat when I go there, while I’m devouring my nuggets I taste a very appalling taste in my mouth…
