my fiance got sick after a bacon mcdouble when he'd eaten nothing else all day. We shared fries and I had a different sandwich and wasn't sickened. He had chills then threw up for several hours and couldn't keep anything down.

Nausea & Vomiting After Lunch

We ate there around 12 on Sunday Oct 27th. It was the only thing we ate all day. I started getting nauseas around 6:00PM and was violently ill from vomiting by that night and all through the night. My boyfriends symptoms mimic mine and started shortly after mine.
