On Thursday the 19th February 2026 at roughly 17:00 I ordered a quarter pounder with fries and a coke. It is 23:00 I have been on the toilet for the past hour with incredible stomach cramps and violent streams of diarrhoea

I no it came from here as it was the only thing i had eating but wont ever eat i any mcdonalds now that has put me off.
