I ate at around 5 pm and I had 10 pc chickens McNuggets, Fries and a coke and I started having stomach pain around 8:10 and then I experienced diaherria at 8:45 and then I experienced both vomiting and diherria at 1 am and the symptoms are still occurring  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
