I ate a double sausage McMuffin yesterday morning from McDonald's. After 4 hours, I was projectile vomiting, after a bit the diarrhoea started. I have never felt so ill in my life and had to miss work.

McChicken Meal Illness

Both me and my daughter had this food. The only meal we had eaten together in days. We both had a mcchicken sandwich meal and chips. Within a few hours we were both rushing for the toilet. 3 days later and I'm still the same. I'm alot of pain with stomach cramps and unable to eat.
