Had Frozen Jack's Supreme Pizza on March 31, 2023 @ 3 pm. Ate 3 pieces and within 30 minutes felt nauseous and dizzy. I thought I was having a strong gluten sensitivity to it when I can normally eat this and feel fine. Threw up 3 times…

Heated up a can of Dinty Moore beef stew within 20 minutes I began to experience dizziness, nausea, cramps, diarrhea and vomiting that is ongoing for over an hour
