Ordered lunch, Shrimp tacos. Have not eaten anything since and have had fever, vomiting, diarrhea all evening and this morning, I was alone. Ate at noon, symptoms began around 7pm | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea
