Had two shredded beef, tacos, and rice and beans within an hour later of eating was throwing up had extreme diarrhea. Fever couldn't sleep for 16 hours extreme diarrhea and vomiting had gotten worse 24 hours later just feel exhausted  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
