At around 4 pm, I started to vomit which lasted for a few minutes.

About 10 minutes later at around 4:10 pm, I again had diarrhea that lasted for about 10 minutes.

We picked up food. My husband ate rigatoni and then had a weird stomach feeling. I had tortellini ham cream. About 30 minutes later I had stomach pain. The whole thing just kept getting worse. Followed by nausea, chills, etc.

Roodent droppings also in rear utensil washing area and storage: on floor, racks and equipment. Instructed to remove all droppings, sanitize and maintain. Have premises serviced by pest control control company, eliminate rodents. Priority violation:7-38-020(a) citation issued.

nauseous, but I didn’t think too much of it, when I went to bed, I had an upset stomach. woke up at five that morning with diarrhea two hours later, vomiting. I was vomiting from 7 AM to 2 PM that day every two hours multiple times followed by Horrible flu like symptoms. backache, headache, dizziness, abdominal & cramping. every time I threw up, I would get incredibly hot, and after incredibly cold. It was truly horrible the next day my body felt better, but the nausea And Diarrhea would not go away, no matter what I did.

Noticed both were near the last of the containers and whatever wasn’t scooped onto the noodles, the leftovers were poured and mixed into the new sauce. When confronting the manager of the illness they mentioned that it is standard procedure to pour the old leftover sauce into the new sauce to help not waste food. Standard procedures should also include not violating health codes when heating food longer than 4 hours by pouring previously heated food into newly heated food in which would contaminate the new heated batch. The manager advised we go to the hospital to confirm the food poisoning we received a couple of hours after consuming their food which included uncontrollable vomiting, diarrhea, fever, cold sweats, and inability to move for two complete days while not being able to retain fluids.
