I ate a home wrecker burrito with steak and side of queso and salsa with chip last night. This morning I felt very ill with vomiting and diarrhea. I’ve tried to drink water to stay hydrated and would instantly vomit it back up. Now, as of about 24 hours later, the diarrhea still persists.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
