Morning of 3/12/26. Drip coffee with half and half, and banana nut muffin. I think it was the muffin, but can't be sure. Within 20 minutes of eating had intense stomach pain and diarrhea. Several urgent trips to bathroom. Tried vomiting to expel anything else on stomach… See more
