I bought a few macaroni pies from this Morrisons' deli. Within a few hours after eating, I became intensely ill with both vomiting and diarrhea, and developed a fever. I was still vomiting bile the next day after.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Bile
