Nausea After Chicken Salad

Today, I had a large ceaser salad with chicken and garlic bread from here while on my lunch break. I work there. I ate at 6:50pm and by 9:30 I had to run to the bathroom with diarrhea I was vomiting and was extremely nauseous.
