Fino Pitta Illness Symptoms

Had a Fino pitta with a side of rice for dinner last night at around 7pm, started experiencing a bad stomach at 6am this morning. Feeling very nauseous and been having diarrhea since 7am (currently 10.30am)

I ordered a plain chicken burger with chips and within 30 mins I began having really bad stomach pains. About an hour after eating, I was throwing up and had diarrhoea:(
