Chicken Meal Causes Illness

Went to Nando’s at about 5pm. I ordered the homous starter and 1/2 chicken with rice and chips. Thought I felt bloated until stomach pain kept me up at night. Went to toilet and vomited straight away at about 2am. Have not vomited since but have had diarrhoea all day today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain
