My wife and I both ordered pepperoni pizzas on the second level of nationwide arena at the blue jackets /red wings game on 01/02. I had ranch with mine and my wife did not eat any of it, but we both woke up the next morning with diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
