Shrimp Pad Thai Illness

Approximately 20 minutes after eating her pad Thai with shrimp, my wife got violently sick with diarrhea so severe she nearly passed out multiple times and was sobbing from the pain. I’ve never seen her so sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
