Ate teriyaki chicken, rice and vegetables. I was horribly sick within 30 minutes and it has continued all day today.. Never agin!!! Had teriyaki chicken, rice and vegetables on April 6th and was sick within 30 min. I feel like death have had non-stop vomiting and diarrhea for 19 hours  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
