We ate at a beef stand yesterday and bought some to bring home. My husband and I ate at the place and grandson ate from the package to go. Husband system is vomiting and low fever. I have constant diarrhea and headaches. Grandson vomiting, diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Fever
