Went to Olive Garden around 9 pm. Ordered chicken Parmesan, salad breadsticks. And had tiramisu for dessert. I woke up pain at 5 am with diarrhea vomiting and a headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
