Chicken & Shrimp Illness

i ate chicken and shrimp carbonara and the chicken soup about 4 or 5 pm and and reheated the food at night. about 11 pm or 12 i stared to feel very sick and now in the morning i had nausea and a headache and diarrea. i threw up a lot. im pretty sure it was the food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
