Shrimp Alfredo Causes Illness

Went to dinner (party of 5), we all ordered different foods. One of us had ordered Chicken Alfredo and felt fine, however, my brother has been throwing up all night/morning from the Shrimp Alfredo. We believe it was the shrimp specifically as he ate a lot of it, and was the only one who got sick.

Family Celebratory Meal Illness

Went out with my parents to celebrate my engagement on the 26th couple hours later I get a text from my dad saying not to eat the leftovers as my mom was throwing up. That's when it started for me then a couple hours my fiance started throwing up. Not sure if dad is or not but they got 3 out of 4.
