Sushi Causes Rapid Reaction

I had miso soup & a rainbow roll after about 5-10 minutes after the roll, my stomach started hurting & cramping then I had to urgently go to the bathroom & had diarrhea. The manager acted like it was impossible to have a reaction so fast & was arrogant.
