Went to outback steakhouse... ordered potato soup and fried mushrooms. ate half the day of, and was terribly ill (stomach pain and diarrhea) that same night. Refrigerated the leftovers and ate the rest the next day... vomited 5 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
