Lunch was chicken Aussie tacos, bread, Diet Coke and a side salad. Onset of cramping, vomiting, watery diarrhea and chills within 2 hours. Had otherwise been well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Cramps
