We ate some food from panda by irving off 183 and diarrhea have not stop ot for 3 days. Knew was from food because everyone in the house has being have issues after eating

Ate some food from Panda Express around 12:30pm on 4/9/2019. Around 7pm I started vomiting and had nausea. My body feels week and I can’t keep and food or fluids down., Just 1 person and it was about 7 hours before symptoms occurred

Shrimp, Chicken Cause Illness

I ate Panda Express around 6:30pm on Friday, Aug. 17th. I ate the walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and chow mien. Around 10 o’clock I had the urge to throw up and my bones were starting to hurt. I throw up and I’ve had a fever and diarrhea since then.
