My husband and 7 year old son ate lunch on Saturday Sept 10th. He got the fake chicken and rice. And my son got the orange chicken and rice. Both were vomiting for two days, with fever and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever
