before going home last night from running errands I decided to get dinner for my 7 year old he's favorite cub meal with chow mein and spicy compow chicken around 1 am my son started vomiting all night that was the only thing he ate before bed

After eating my bowl my stomach felt really upset then hours later I got diarrhea and on 2nd day non stop.
