Veg Soup Causes Illness

Ate vegetable soup and 1/2 veg sandwich. Started to have diarrhea and stomach discomfort a few hours later. Running to the bathroom., My daughter had vegetable sandwich but no soup and she is fine. I was Sick 4-5 hours after eating
