Ordered a chicken soup and salad. Felt fine the rest of the day. The next morning, I had a huge headache and fever. Also, had bloody stool.

Had the chicken Cobb salad for lunch and by evening I was deathly ill. I was told by the doctor that I had severe bacterial gastroenteritis and eight days later I am still sick
