Recall details: Wolfies Roasted Nut Co. in Findlay, Ohio is voluntarily recalling its Crunc... hy Cheddar & Jalapeno Nuts due to an undeclared milk allergen. This recall has been initiated due to the ingredient label not stating a milk allergen. Products were packaged in either a 5 oz, 14 oz, 28 oz black rice paper stand up pouch or an 80 oz clear poly bag labeled “Cheddar & Jalapeno” with a Wolfies Roasted Nuts label. Products were available for sale at the following locations in Ohio:

The issue was discovered during a routine inspection conducted by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA). There have been no reports of illness involving products addressed in this recall; however, people who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product. Individuals exhibiting signs or symptoms of food-borne illness or allergies should contact a physician immediately.
Customers with a milk allergy or sensitivity who have purchased the affected product should dispose of it or return it to Wolfies Roasted Nut Co. for a replacement. Consumers with questions regarding this recall can contact Wolfies Roasted Nut Co. at 419-423-1355.

Ate nothing after that.
Got really bloated from it right away and by midnight I started both vomiting and diarrhea.

“The CDC and the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (USDA-FSIS) are currently investigating a multistate outbreak of Salmonella infections linked to raw ground turkey. As of April 12, 2021, 28 people infected with the outbreak strain of Salmonella Hadar have been rep... orted from 12 states (AZ, CT, IN, MA, ME, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, VA). 2 people have been hospitalized and no deaths were reported.
The following products are linked to salmonella infections:
- Nature’s Promise (94% lean 6% fat) – 1 lb packages with dates 1/1, 1/3, 1/4, 1/8, and 1/10
- Wegmans (94% lean 6% fat) – 1 lb and 3 lb packages with dates 1/3, 1/4, 1/8, and 1/10
- Plainville Farms (93% lean 7% fat) – 1 lb packages with dates 1/10
These products have the establishment number “P-244” inside the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) mark of inspection. They were made on December 18-29, 2020, and were sold nationwide.
Investigators are working to determine if additional turkey products are linked to illnesses.
CDC advises consumers to check their freezers for the products and throw them away or return them to the place of purchase. Also recommends washing your hands with soap and water after handling the products, and wash items and surfaces that may have touched the products using hot soapy water or a dishwasher.

“I bought many hot foods from there on April 1, 2021. I ate sweet and sour pork, then, I got severe diarrhea shortly. This was my second time experiencing food poisoning from eating hot food there. My first episode was in March 2020 when I ate hot food from this Supermarket (Osaka), and I had seve... re vomiting and diarrhea. I passed out, was ambulanced to emergency hospital and ICU; I was in coma for 3 days, and stayed in hospital ICU for 10 days. I woke up with severe tendonitis from my body being transported during coma, and I have been suffering from tendonitis pain since March 2020 until present. ”

“Had reservations for 6 on 4/29 9:00pm for my birthday dinner. All went well and tasted fine until the next day. I had stomach cramps and was on the toilet all throughout the day. I didn't think anything of it because I didn't eat that much of it and nothing tasted bad or rotten. I took most of my ki... ng cut home and My husband fed it to my 3 kids the next day. “I think the soup. It was a chicken and gnocchi. Two others with me did not have soup and feel well. The soup was a cream based soup. Looking back to last nights service the soup was not hot it was served warm. I was with two other people they did not have the soup and they are not sick I ate the so... up around 8:15 PM to 8:30 PM Looking back I realized that the soup was not served hot but was only warm. Recall details: Lake Champlain Chocolates (LCC) is issuing a public alert and a voluntary recall on a mis-labeled Mr... . Goodtime Bunny with a Best By date of 11/20/21 that may have been purchased between 2/22/21-3/25/21. LCC is issuing this recall after a consumer reported that the product contained almonds, which were not declared on the label.
Any consumer who has a known nut allergy and purchased the Mr. Goodtime Bunny with a Best By date of 11/20/21 should not consume this product. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to almonds run the risk of serious or a life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product. Consumers with a mislabeled bunny may request a replacement.
To date, no consumers have reported injuries or illnesses. This product was distributed through 16 retailers in 9 states, through the company’s website and its 750 Pine Street Retail Store in Burlington, Vermont. Affected states include CA, CT, MA, NH, NY, RI, TX, VT, VA.
- Only customers who purchased a bunny that looks like the image below with the corresponding label are affected by this recall.
