Ate at Panera McHenry Ave Modesto, CA
Ate chicken noodle soup and Mediterranean salad.
After eating Panera got stomach ache, cramps, pain, nausea and diarrhea. This happened on two different occasions. I wont eat there anymore.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
