On wed the 17th April I ate a rotisserie chicken sandwich and within 3 hours nauseous and vomiting for 6 hours straight.

Ate at Panera McHenry Ave Modesto, CA
Ate chicken noodle soup and Mediterranean salad.
After eating Panera got stomach ache, cramps, pain, nausea and diarrhea. This happened on two different occasions. I wont eat there anymore. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
