Old Apple, Severe Symptoms

Apple was definitely old. Restaurant was filthy. I got dizzy a couple of hours later, followed by diarrhea, then persistent dizziness and nausea. It’s 8 hours later and I’ve thrown up violently twice, and finally my lunch is gone. It’s so bad I might go to the ER.

3/10/17 I had lunch at 11:50am French onion soup and Caesar salad. My friend had ceases salad and a different soup. 2 hours later 4 bathroom trip in 20 minutes with terrible diarrhea and a 5th trip with projectile vomiting and severe stomach pains.
