Omy daughtered ordered a salad for dinner on 8/7/2021. The cheese looked odd and had a bad mell. She ate it anyway and in the middle of the night woke up with stomach pains, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea She has been throwing up and having diarrhea all morning on 8/8/2021

i can't remember the name of the salad, it had greens , chicken and i believe like wasabi pieces in it? i was the only 1 that ate sad and got sick. ate the salad around 1 pm on Monday 11/19/18 started having diarrhea Tuesday morning and still have it today,
