Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, other: Stomach gurgling
Suspected source: Panera bread sandwich
Onset: Right away
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Sick: 2 people
Additional information: Started feeling nausea 20 mins after eating the chicken pepperoni melt. Started vomiting shortly after.
