Panera bread. Ate a soup, sandwich, and drink. Within an hour or two I started to get an intense headache. I took some ibuprofen and then a nap of about two hours. Woke up with headache feeling the same and now feel nauseous and have chills.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache, Chills
