Pizza & Wings: ER Visit

Order wings and pizza. Within 20 mins of eating, I had the most appalling stomach cramps. This developed into vomiting and passing pure blood. I had to call an ambulance. Ended up in hospital.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool
